After years of working in Manhattan kitchens, Chef Ash Cramden decided to venture off on his own. As you step inside of The Bee and Honeycomb you are met with view unlike any other and taste to match.

 

Octagon shaped ceilings mixed with dim lights and view of upper Manhattan makes you feel as though you were a part of the hive. Of course this is all part of the plan. Ash put together this symphony of feelings that can only be explained as vibrant and elegant.

 

The Bee and Honeycomb design was a representation of Ash leaving his past hive and coming into his own. One bee looking for his own honeycomb. The Illustration on the print materials are his hive following him, to his new found promise land.
